Optimising enzyme activity
Using enzymes like
Xylanase, Cellulase Pectinase etc in appropriate proportions is crucial
for optimal results. Increasing mixing ratio of such cocktail enzymes
may not improve the digestibility proportionately. Hence finding
optimal balance between individual enzymes and mixing ratio in feed are
crucial to get cost-economic response in poultry.
